Planning ahead starts here! If you’re a coach looking to place a team order for the 2026 season, please complete the form below. This helps us organize our production schedule and ensure we’re able to accommodate as many teams as possible.
No deposit is required at this time—submitting this form simply reserves your place in our planning process. We’ll follow up with you as the season approaches to discuss design details, timelines, and next steps.

Completed uniforms will not be shipped without payment in full.
Our production schedule is based on when we receive your team’s measurements—that’s when we’re able to begin the process.
Therefore, Measurements should be submitted as soon as possible—delays in receiving measurements may result in delayed delivery.
Once a delivery date is agreed upon by both parties, we will not accommodate requests for early delivery.
As our business continues to grow, we’ve put these policies in place to help us stay organized, on schedule, and fully committed to delivering the quality and care our customers have come to expect from Sew Stoppers. :)
